I first started yoga in 1998 when I was experiencing lower back pain. From that point forward yoga became a daily part of my life. I immediately felt the physical, emotional and psychological benefits from practising yoga. From there it became my spiritual path.
My first training was in Hatha Yoga, and my subsequent trainings were in, Prana Flow, and Yin. Ive training in Switzerland and India. Yin Yoga has been my inspiration for maintaining energy awareness.
Currently I teach Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
My intention as a teacher is to give an experience of infinity, elevate concsiouness, and increase our conscious connection to the universe.
At the same time as Yoga came In my life, so did Ayurveda. It helps me to understand myself and how my body works. Its passionate me so much that I begun my path into it, and became an Ayurvedic Councillor and therapist a few years after.
Yoga and Ayurveda keeps me connected with myself. It helps me continue to appreciate and honour this body temple every day.
