which believe that all come from the 5 element : Air, Space, Earth, Water and Fire. We need them to keep balance our body and mind.
To be healthy we need to balance this 3 doshas
In Ayurveda they definite 3 main disturbing factor (dosha) in our body: Vata, Pitta and Kapha .They are kind of 3 biological energy pillar inside which the 5 elements are. They are considerate to be responsible for the creation, preservation and destruction of the body. When they are not balance they contribute to create diseases.
We all are different and we are first to know our Prakruti ( Body constitution) and our Vrikruti ( body unbalance) to understand How our body worked and how to keep it balance.
Balancing our body and mind can be easily done by a diet fallowing the body constitution or/and by using some herbal medicine.
in our center we focus more on the diet, we believe that most of people nowadays do not have time to cook and do not know about the power of spices and energy.
by cooking balancing meal, you help your Agni ( digestive fire) to cut the food and provide the nutriment to your Dhatus ( tissue)
